Energy Economics, provided by Simple Business Solutions, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team through the app and we will help you start the refund with Paddle.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of the current term. If you are within the 30-day window, request a refund as described above.

Free trials

If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. If you are charged at the end of a trial and want a refund, the 30-day window applies from the charge date.
